Hazelnut in colour, this elegant sweet Malvasia from Madeira reveals aromas of toasted almonds, honey and subtle smoky notes that rise beautifully from the glass.

Lightly caramelised on the palate with rich sweetness balanced by vibrant acidity. The wine shows excellent harmony and depth, finishing long and polished.

Feels somewhat like a rich Tawny Port with the complexity of Pedro Ximénez Sherry, but fresher and more lively.

Excellent as a digestif and pairs wonderfully with aged cheeses, desserts, Christmas pudding and crystallised fruit.
