At Portugal Best Wines, we strive to ensure every bottle reaches you in perfect condition; however, if your order is damaged or incorrect, we offer a 14-day return window for a full refund or replacement. Please note that due to the nature of food and beverage products, we cannot accept returns for bottles that have been opened or tampered with.

Return Process

    Email our customer service team within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a brief explanation of the issue.

    Provide Documentation

    Attach clear photographs of the damaged bottle, the cork, or the incorrect item to help our sommeliers verify the claim.

  • 3.
    Secure Packaging

    Place the unopened bottles back into their original protective transit packaging to ensure they are not damaged during the return journey.

  • 4.
    Ship and Refund

    Affix the provided return label and drop the package at a local courier point; once inspected, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
